Sean “Diddy” Combs She is facing another lawsuit, this time filed by a former employee and friend of Cassie Ventura, alleging that the Bad Boy Entertainment founder attacked her in a rage and dangled her from her apartment balcony.

Bryana “Bana” Bonglan, who designed clothes for the formerly incarcerated emperor, claimed in her lawsuit that Diddy attacked her at Ventura’s Los Angeles apartment in late September 2016.

“Sean’P. Diddy’ Combs sexually assaulted Ms. Bryana “Bana’ Bongolan, dangled her from a 17-story-high balcony, and then slammed her against the patio furniture on the balcony,” the complaint states in part. “His outrageous and disgusting behavior violated Ms. Bongolan’s basic dignity, bodily autonomy and sense of security.”

According to the file, Diddy was already angry when he arrived at the apartment where Bongolan was staying with Ventura.

“This incident was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence that colored many of his interactions with Mr. Combs from the day he met Ms. Bongolan.”

In his complaint, Bongolan claimed the attack “caused profound and lasting harm.”

His lawyers argued: “Mr. Combs’ threats that he was a ‘fucking devil’ and that he could ‘kill’ her were intended to intimidate and instill fear. Therefore, he forced her to grope her breasts, forced her to hang from the balcony and beat her.”

Bongolan claims that he “reasonably believed that Mr. Combs’ attack was a carrying out of his threats.”

Diddy spent Thanksgiving in Brooklyn’s infamous Metropolitan Detention Center as he was once again denied the chance for bail. He has vehemently denied the allegations in many cases.

Diddy is charged with racketeering conspiracy, forcible sex trafficking, fraud or coercion, and providing transportation to engage in prostitution. He denied all charges. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
