Martin Bayfield, who attended the Children with Cancer Gala last night, talked about a funny moment in the movie adapted from JK Rowling’s novel of the same name.

during an exclusive interview with MirrorMartin explained that his poor vision caused many problems for him when dealing with young children on set.

“The visual field was very limited, so with young children we had to make sure I didn’t step on them because I couldn’t see them half the time,” he told the press.

“Do you remember there was an actor named Verne Troyer, he was only two meters tall and I almost killed him? I took a step back and heard a little squeal and almost stepped on him.

The stuntman couldn’t help but laugh as he remembered the funny memory and added: “The costume was so big I couldn’t see it, there was no peripheral vision at all.”
